With God’s favor comes His empowering. Noah was empowered to build the ark. It took 120 years to build all the while preaching to those who would choose not enter the ark. This characteristic of God hasn’t changed even today. It’s God’s desire that none should perish. Noah showed his obedience to God, and started building the ark until completion. When God calls, and we respond with obedience His favor supports us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our Ark (Christ) is secure. It is built upon His Cross and resurrection. We may become drained emotionally, physically exhausted, and spiritually depleted, while building our lives, but His favor will remain. He will restore, replenish, and renew us as we continue walking in His presence.
